This is a precursor to Traditional Chinese Medicine which incorporates slow, coordinated movements with breathing, and mind calming techniques to release the Qi energy force within the body to promote healing and balance. Through these techniques, the relaxation response is stimulated thereby promoting the lymph system. This helps the body rid itself of toxins and waste.
