Kelly Marchand, BS, Managing Director
Thanks to her quiet leadership and long tenure at the Healing Garden, Kelly has transitioned to the role of Managing Director. Over the years, Kelly has served with compassion and excellence as a liaison for our clients and therapists, and as a partner to staff, volunteers, and donors. Meredith Hobson, LICSW, APHSW-C, Director of Clinical Care
Meredith comes to The Healing Garden dedicated to providing outstanding clinical care to clients and their families. She is passionate about promoting discussions of medical decision-making and quality of life measures. Meredith brings extensive experience from her 13 years as an oncology social worker at Mount Auburn Hospital where she also served on the ethics committee and was one of the founding members of the palliative care team. She received her Masters of Social Work at New York University and worked for many years in community mental health at the beginning of her career. Meredith@HealingGardenSupport.org

Shannon Kelley, BA, Director of Finance
In 2019, after 12 years, Shannon retired as the CFO of the Paper Store, where she focused on corporate development, finance, accounting, audit, and compliance. She is a creative problem-solver who excels at guiding teams through challenging projects. Throughout her career, she has been a board member for various corporations and is currently a board member for the Retail Association of MA. She has always remained passionate about non-profit organizations and is currently in her sixth year as a board member for the Harvard Farmers Market. Shannon@HealingGardenSupport.org
Meghan Seidman, MBA, Director of Donor Engagement
Meghan‘s career is deeply rooted in philanthropy and the nonprofit industry. In her role, she builds relationships and customizes strategies to engage donors with The Garden. She has led fundraising teams, capital campaigns, corporate philanthropy programs, Board recruitment efforts and served as a Vice President/COO of a family foundation. Erin Raber, MA, MT-BC, Clinical Care Specialist and Music Therapist
Erin is a music therapist, clinical mental health counselor, and certified sound healing practitioner based in Boston, MA. She recently completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Music Therapy at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Erin’s expressive, voice-based music therapy approach combines theories and ideas from transpersonal and psychodynamic frameworks and ancient and modern music and sound healing techniques from a variety of Indigenous and non-Western cultures. She has also received accreditation through the California Institute of Integral Studies in Sound, Voice, and Music Healing and the Vox Mundi School of Sound and the Voice, and vocal training at the California Jazz Conservatory. Christine Zinke, MA, LICSW, Clinical Care Specialist
Christine comes to The Healing Garden with extensive experience in group, individual, family and couples therapy for adults and adolescents. She brings compassion and empathy to her mindful work with clients. Along with this she is a Level 2 Shamanic Reiki practitioner. Chris Furman, BA, Integrative Care Coordinator
Chris joined the Healing Garden as the Integrative Care Coordinator. She comes with an extensive background in program coordination and event planning from her time working in assisted living. There she started a new weekly lecture series, increased resident engagement, and cultivated programs with local volunteers. Before that, her time was spent volunteering in her own community in scouting and as the parent liaison for youth sports. Catherine Longwell, BA, Development Associate
Catherine joined the Healing Garden development team to manage fundraising, data, and events. She spent the last four years at Brandeis University’s Women’s Studies Research Center in project and program management. Prior to Brandeis, Catherine served on the board of the Acton-Boxborough United Way and thanks to that experience, remains committed to local, impactful, philanthropy.
