Kelly Marchand, BS, Executive Director

Kelly has been with the Healing Garden for over nine years, where she managed integrative care and oversaw development, programmatic, and facilities operations. Now serving as Executive Director, Kelly’s strong relationships with donors, clients, trustees, and advisors are key to her leadership in the ongoing growth and reach of the Healing Garden. With a passion for the Healing Garden’s mission at the forefront of her work, Kelly works to build and strengthen partnerships, spearhead new initiatives, and deepen connections with the community.  Kelly@HealingGardenSupport.org

Meredith Hobson, LICSW, APHSW-C, Director of Clinical Care

Meredith comes to The Healing Garden dedicated to providing outstanding clinical care to clients and their families.  She is passionate about promoting discussions of medical decision-making and quality of life measures. Meredith brings extensive experience from her 13 years as an oncology social worker at Mount Auburn Hospital where she also served on the ethics committee and was one of the founding members of the palliative care team.  She received her Masters of Social Work at New York University and worked for many years in community mental health at the beginning of her career. Meghan Seidman, MBA, Director of Development

Meghan‘s career is deeply rooted in philanthropy and the nonprofit industry. In her role, she builds relationships and customizes strategies to engage donors with The Garden. She has led fundraising teams, capital campaigns, corporate philanthropy programs, and Board recruitment efforts and served as a Vice President/COO of a family foundation. Erin Raber, MA, MT-BC, Clinical Care Specialist and Music Therapist 

Erin is a board-certified music therapist, clinical mental health counselor, and certified sound healing practitioner.  She is the Clinical Care Specialist and Music Therapist at the Healing Garden.  Erin’s voice-based music therapy approach combines theories and ideas from transpersonal and psychodynamic frameworks and ancient and modern music and sound healing techniques from a variety of Indigenous and non-Western cultures.  Erin also provides music therapy support groups for the Scleroderma Foundation, New England chapter.  Erin@HealingGardenSupport.org

Christine Zinke, MA, LICSW,  Clinical Care Specialist

Christine comes to The Healing Garden with extensive experience in group, individual, family and couples therapy for adults and adolescents. She brings compassion and empathy to her mindful work with clients.  Along with this she is a Level 2 Shamanic Reiki practitioner. In the past she served as the Program Director for The Renfrew Women’s Mental Health Center of New Jersey.  Christine@HealingGardenSupport.org

Chris Furman, BA, Integrative Care Coordinator

Chris joined the Healing Garden as the Integrative Care Coordinator.  She comes with an extensive background in program coordination and event planning from her time working in assisted living.  There she started a new weekly lecture series, increased resident engagement, and cultivated programs with local volunteers.   Before that, her time was spent volunteering in her own community in scouting and as the parent liaison for youth sports.  She is excited to be part of the Healing Garden and looking forward to working with such caring staff and clients.  You can reach out to her at Chris@HealingGardenSupport.org.

Catherine Longwell, BA, Development Associate

Catherine joined the Healing Garden development team to manage fundraising, data, and events. She spent the last four years at Brandeis University’s Women’s Studies Research Center in project and program management. Prior to Brandeis, Catherine served on the board of the Acton-Boxborough United Way and thanks to that experience, remains committed to local, impactful, philanthropy. Norie Mozzone, Clinical Intern

Norie is in her final year of pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Lesley University with a specialization in expressive arts therapies. Using a person-centered, holistic approach, Norie brings a blend of somatic practices, the arts, and mindfulness through the Buddhist tradition to cultivate awareness and expression of one’s inner landscape. Norie emphasizes a collaborative approach with a commitment to honoring everyone’s stories and offers an opportunity to recognize and build on their own resources and strengths.  At her previous internship, Norie continued to learn how to show up in the present moment as she supported people living with dementia. Prior to this path, Norie spent 25 years in the non-profit sector in fundraising and program management. Norie is honored and grateful for her opportunity at The Healing Garden.
