Explore Yoga in the Garden with this Outdoor Summer series.
Class will take place on the first Monday of the month and will be a blend of yoga postures, breath work and meditation/relaxation. Take time to open all your senses up to Nature. Feeling the support of the Earth, enjoy this opportunity to be more in tune with the natural rhythms around you.
*Class will move indoors in inclement weather. Class in September will be on the 2nd Monday of the month due to the holiday.
About the Facilitator: Kathie Lee is a Registered Polarity Practitioner, and Certified Yoga Instructor. She offers healing bodywork sessions using polarity energy balancing and therapeutic touch to deepen relaxation and expand inner awareness and harmony. Her weekly yoga classes recognize the need for individualized attention, and provides space for each student to open up their body and breath in a loving, safe, and mindful way.
