We will explore accessible and mindful movement with upbeat music to improve mood, increase energy, and unlock ease and creativity. This program is rooted in the science of neuroplasticity, the capacity of the brain and central nervous system to change. Other benefits of this practice include increased range of motion and joint mobility, spinal flexibility, balance and coordination, and spatial awareness. We will reflect on our movement through visual arts and words. Join us in the Healing Playground to feel a sense of grounding, nourishment, and expansion.
Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members. Free program with optional donation. This program will take place at the Healing Garden.
