The Gratitude Gathering

Gratitude can be a supportive resource and way of relating to the world any time of year. Gratitude is an affirmation of goodness while not denying the truth of difficulty and suffering. There is much research and data showing how gratitude reduces depression, lessens anxiety, and boosts resilience. Practicing gratitude can also cultivate mindfulness, compassion, an awareness of the interconnectedness of all beings, and a peaceful, open-hearted attitude toward life.

Let’s spend time together in community exploring what gratitude may mean to us and ways to recognize, cultivate, and share it in our lives.

Open to clients, caregivers, and bereaved members.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.  This program will meet on zoom.

Norie Mozzone, MA is a Client Care Specialist at the Healing Garden, and a mental health counselor and a trauma informed expressive arts therapist.
