Tapping For Stress Management

Join us for this two-part virtual class to introduce Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as “Tapping,” a simple and accessible self-care practice that combines light touch with mindful awareness to help reduce stress and support emotional well-being.  Together we’ll learn the basics of tapping, including the key points on the body, how to create personalized phrases, and how to use the technique to ease anxiety, fear, and overwhelm.

Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.  This program will meet on zoom.
