Experience the transformative power of nature with Nadine Mazzola. This 2-hour program will introduce you to the practice of forest bathing, guiding you through gentle sensory exercises to cultivate mindfulness and deepen your connection with the natural world.
Join award-winning author and certified forest therapy guide, Nadine Mazzola, in-person at the Healing Garden. Learn through experiencing about the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, and why forest bathing is so effective at activating our relaxation response and lifting our spirits.
Open to Clients, Caregivers, and Bereaved clients. Free Program with optional donations accepted at registration. In the event of inclement weather, the program will move indoors to the Garden Room for Indoor Nature Exploration.
