Join us in-person for our fourth Men’s Quarterly Meet-up. During the first hour, Meredith Hobson will teach the basics of Tapping, a simple and accessible self-care practice the combines light tough with mindful awareness to reduce stress. The second hour will offer time for conversation and connection with Cary Meyer, PsyD.
