This 90-minute virtual workshop will introduce participants to the Zentangle® method of drawing, a mindfulness practice that supports the development of non-judgmental awareness and emotional regulation while fostering calmness and creativity. Participants will create two Zentangle tiles and throughout the process will receive information about the history and benefits of the practice. No experience or artistic abilities required, a materials list will be sent for items easily found in your home.
Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members. Free program with optional donations accepted at registration. This program will meet on zoom. *new zentangle patterns will be introduced for those of you who attended our last sessions.

About the facilitator: Paula Palermo, MEd, CZT, YTT 200
Paula is a public-school educator, Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), and 200 hour trained Yoga Instructor. Paula discovered Zentangle in 2017 at a Kripalu workshop and in 2019 Paula became a CZT so she could share the practice with others. She has taught classes in person and online to people all over the United States.
