The New England Flute Quintet will perform various pieces from their flute ensemble to create unique and soothing tones and harmonies. Listeners are invited to bring along a favorite form of expression such as writing journals, sketchbooks, or knitting to use in reflection and response to the music. There will be an opportunity for participants to share their reflections if they choose to.  Join us to experience the healing properties of music. 

Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.

The New England Flute Quintet is comprised of flutists, Martha Beasley, Susan Gagnon, Phyllis Howard, Elise Locker, and Ellis O’Donnell, who are members of the 100-piece Metropolitan Flute Orchestra which performs at Groton Hill Music Center, as well as numerous other musical ensembles in New England.
