Join us at The Deep End indoor pool sanctuary in Harvard, MA for a truly immersive experience, the “sound bath of all sound baths.” First, we’ll gather in a circle to set the intention for our experience. Afterward, we’ll sink into the soothing warmth of the 90+ degree indoor pool for a transcendent sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shakers, and ocean chimes.  Three Reiki energy-workers will be offering water healing during the event. Participants will be provided with flotation support including hammock floats. After the float, sit by the cozy fire and enjoy a few light snacks that will be provided.

Participants must be able to swim and climb a flight of stairs.

Lauren Vingiano is a Certified Sound Practitioner and founder of The Sound Bath Queen, where she offers sound healing as a practical tool for modern wellness. Lauren combines her professional background with training in sound therapy and Reiki II to create experiences that promote relaxation, restoration, and well-being. She has led hundreds of customized sound and energy sessions for individuals and organizations, integrating crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments into transformative sound journeys.

Kristen Bala is an astrologer and founder of The Deep End, a holistic community and indoor pool sanctuary in Harvard, Massachusetts. Since 2013, she has created spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through nature, ritual, and water.
