Spring Bloom: An Afternoon of Reiki and Sound Healing with Bernadette Yao and Erin Raber

Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit at the start of spring with an afternoon of restorative reiki and sound healing practices. Experience deep relaxation and stress relief through meditation, vocal toning and chanting, hands-on reiki, and a sound bath with the soothing sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instrumentation. Led by Certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Reiki II, and Sound Healer, Bernadette Yao and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Board-Certified Music Therapist, Erin Moraga Raber, MA, MT-BC.

Open to Healing Garden clients, caregivers, and bereaved. This program will meet on-site at the Healing Garden.  *Preference given to clients who have not experienced Sound Healing in a prior class.
