In this series, we will be exploring our experience of impermanence in everyday life. According to Morinaga (2002), “true existence is birth and death, repeating itself, instant by instant.” In this series, participants will be introduced to mindfulness practices that reflect Morinaga’s “one chance, one encounter” approach to living. Each session begins with a 20-minute meditation followed by an open discussion.
