Good quality sleep and proper nutrition are both essential to well-being. In addition to being independent variables, each has an impact on the other. For example, what, when, and how much you eat can affect circadian rhythms and the sleep cycle. In addition, the duration and quality of your sleep can affect your metabolism and food choices. In a practical, interactive session, Nina Frusztajer, MD, MS will address how sleep and diet affect one another and how to optimize both to best support optimal health.
Registration is required for this free virtual program. Open to clients, caregivers, and bereaved members.
