Mindful Reading: A Book Discussion Group

Join Meredith Hobson in reading “The Twelve Gifts from the Garden: Life Lessons for Peace and Well-Being” by Charlene Costanzo and come together for reflection and discussion. Drawing on her observations of the personalities and beauty of trees and flowers, Charlene writes life lessons about healing, discovery, and understanding.  We’ll share our impressions of the essays and have the opportunity to draw on the collective wisdom of the group who may find meaning and mindfulness in other writings and practices.

Registration Required. Open to Healing Garden clients, caregivers, and bereaved members.
