Join Meredith Hobson, LICSW for this 5-session program created by Inova Life with Cancer which teaches evidence-based strategies to decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and to increase an overall sense of well-being. Together we’ll practice basic relaxation exercises and learn fundamental cognitive/behavioral tools. This program is best for those that are newer to these skills and/or for those that want a refresher. Weekly attendance is important as each week’s curriculum will build on the previous week.
Free program, Open to clients only. Thursdays, 11:30 am- 1:00 pm. This program will meet on Zoom.
