In this series, we will explore the meditation practices offered by Ajahn Chah. These practices are simple, yet provide the opportunity to connect deeply with the body. By following the breath, we strengthen our ability to let go of physical and mental pain. This series is open to beginners and experienced meditation practitioners. Each session begins with a 25-minute guided meditation followed by an open discussion.
