“The flower that follows the sun does so even on cloudy days.”
– Robert Leighton
During this special workshop, we’ll use sunflowers as our muse as we create using several different tools including watercolors and oil pastels. In the spirit of true Creative Mindfulness, all activities are relaxing and process focused and no special skills or art experience is required.
Lunch will be provided during our midday break.
- Space is limited and registration is required.
Open to clients. Priority given to clients who have not participated in a recent retreat. Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.
This program will meet in-person at the Healing Garden.
About the Facilitator Karen Arsenault
A metastatic cancer survivor since 2011, Karen Arsenault has found the creative process invaluable in navigating the fear and uncertainty of the cancer journey. Through the many expressive arts workshops she has participated in, Karen developed a passion for watercolors and now gives back by developing and facilitating her own Creative Mindfulness workshops and donating her art in several forms to The Healing Garden.
