Farm Share with Community Harvest Project

Register to receive 6 FREE Farm Share distributions from the Community Harvest Project, followed by a free Cooking/Nutrition/Educational Program.

Farm Share will be available to pick up late morning on the dates listed, Nutrition Class will typically meet on Zoom on the same day at 3:30 pm. *We are attempting to partner with local volunteers to deliver Farm Shares to those clients that don’t live locally* If you will need delivery please let Chris know.

All participants are strongly encouraged to commit to all nutrition classes.  Due to partnership and program requirements, priority will be given to clients with financial need and those in need of food assistance.
