Art & Nature: Exploring our Connections with Nature

Come together in a unique, virtual circle, with other Healing Garden clients, to explore our connections to nature and awaken creativity. This way of being in nature is very effective at activating our relaxation response. Join from inside by a window or outside your own home, via phone or zoom. We’ll do a combination of meditative and creative activities during each session. All activities are open interpretation so you can add your own take on things and do them from inside or outside.
