Too often love is simplified or thought to be reserved just for the romantic. When in reality (& when done as a practice) love is expansive, more inclusive and rich with opportunity for greater awareness, empathy, perspective, and growth. In this session we will briefly explore these concepts, learn a simple loving-kindness metta (cultivated mental state in which our attention and concern are directed toward the happiness of others) and practice meditation together.
Free program with optional donations accepted. Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members.
This program will meet in person at the Healing Garden.* In the event of inclement weather we will switch to virtual programming.
