Other topics will include planning for kids – in both emergency and long-term situations – to ensure that they will be loved and cared for by the right people, and creating thoughtful trust-based asset plans that can preserve assets, lower estate tax liability, and provide asset protection into the future.  Open to clients and caregivers.  Free program with optional donation.

Amanda Mulhall is a founding partner of Mulhall Withrow, a law practice in Medfield that focuses on estate planning and family law. Amanda has practiced estate planning since 2012 and takes careful consideration of her client’s unique circumstances.  She tailors each Estate Plan to their specific needs and approaches each discussion with kindness and understanding.   Amanda is a graduate of Boston University (’09) and New England Law Boston (’12).
