The Spiral, one of the most ancient and universal symbols, is found in cultures all over the world. It symbolizes growth, expansion, and evolution and reminds us that everything is connected and that everything goes in cycles. Many are drawn to spirals and find them especially relaxing to work with.
During this 2-hour virtual workshop, we’ll work with meditative spiral drawings and explore ways spirals can help us to focus and relax.
Supplies needed for workshop activities:
- Several sheets of paper to draw on, such as white printer paper
- A black fine point marker, such as Sharpie Ultra Fine Point or Sakura Pigma Micron Pen
- Markers or colored pencils (optional)
Open to clients. Free Virtual program with optional donations accepted at registration. This program will take place on Zoom.
