Do you reach for chips when you’re overwhelmed by a task on your computer? Reach for ice cream at the end of a long day because you crave a reward? Nibble on candy, nuts, and other goodies you’ve found in your pantry when bored? These common tendencies can derail your well laid-out plans to follow healthy eating habits. Join Nina Frusztajer, MD, MS for an interactive discussion to understand the connection between food and emotions and how to embrace your emotions AND feel in charge of your eating.
Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members. Free program with optional donations accepted. This program will meet on zoom.

Nina is an author and Co-Founder of The Serotonin Diet with Judith Wurtman, PhD. Together they have helped tens of thousands of people struggling with antidepressant-related
weight gain and emotional eating curb uncontrollable cravings, lose weight, and feel better. She is also proficient in several languages, a mom of three college students, and a certified yoga instructor.
