While traditional yoga emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and movement, EcoNIDRA and Yoga Nidra are deeply relaxing practices that involve minimal movement. In these practices, you lie comfortably and follow a guided relaxation, allowing your mind to gently drift while remaining aware of the guidance. EcoNIDRA further distinguishes itself by specifically incorporating a strong connection to nature through guided imagery and soundscapes.
Open to Healing Garden clients, caregivers and bereaved members. Offered as a series, but you are welcome to register for individual sessions. Free program with optional donations accepted at registration. This program will take place on zoom.
