This class begins with a brief introduction and overview of mindfulness meditation and then will move to a guided group meditation including breathing exercises. Finally, we will review meditations designed specifically for sleep and other methods to improve sleep. Book recommendations and suggestions will be discussed, along with a practice of gratitude.
Crayola Tidd is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience.
She has a Bachelor of Science and has taught in Libraries, Drug and Alcohol Treatment facilities, senior living facilities, and art centers.
