Renee LaFountain is a licensed mental health clinician (LMHC) with a passion for helping people to access their innate healing capacity through a mind/body/spirit approach. Using mind/body techniques, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT – tapping), mindfulness, guided imagery, and meditation, alongside traditional talk therapy, she assists clients in using their strengths to increase wellness and to feel more empowered in their lives. Renee provides a safe space that enables clients to express themselves authentically, understand themselves more fully, and heal more deeply. Currently, Renee works in a group private practice – Bay State Counseling & Wellness Center – splitting her time between working with clients and serving as the practice’s Clinical Director.
