Mindfulness Meditation – Virtual Programs

This class begins with a brief introduction and overview of mindfulness meditation and then will move to a guided group meditation including breathing exercises.  Finally, we will review meditations designed specifically for stress and anxiety on 10/20 and sleep and other methods to improve sleep on 11/24.   Book recommendations and suggestions will be discussed, along with a practice of gratitude.

Open to clients, caregivers and bereaved members.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.  You are welcome to sign up for one or both programs. This program will take place on zoom.

 

Crayola Tidd is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience.

She has a Bachelor of Science and has taught in Libraries, Drug and Alcohol Treatment facilities, senior living facilities, and art centers.
