Exploring the Wisdom of Winter – A Watercolor Workshop with Karen Arsenault

With each season, our natural world provides cues about what is happening within our bodies and how to best adjust to changing weather. Observing nature’s cues and allowing our life practices to mirror seasonal changes can help us feel more balanced.

During this relaxing 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore some of nature’s cues as we transition from autumn to winter and use simple watercolor techniques to create a unique, winter-themed piece in celebration of the upcoming winter solstice.  This workshop is process-focused and no special ‘art’ experience is required.  Open to Clients.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.

“Winter knows to hush, still, listen . . . so the soul can speak.”
