An 8 week group dedicated to learning the “relaxation response” – shifting your body and mind out of a chronic state of inflammatory stress. Develop an individualized, dedicated meditation practice and engage in psycho-educational exercises that deepen your awareness of gratitude, positivity and optimism.
We are asking participants to register for all 8 sessions meeting weekly on Thursday afternoons – January 3 – February 28 (No group 2/21/19)
