Using seasonal whole foods participants will leave class with delicious healthy recipes, cooking techniques and tips on how to incorporate immune boosting foods into everyday meals that you can recreate in your own kitchen.
Led by Amy Noordzij, MA. Ed, Professional Chef trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health and Culinary Arts in NYC, a whole foods-plant based culinary school. She is a personal chef to women in cancer treatment and women who are looking for support for healthy survivorship. Lastly, she was on the board at Gaining Ground in Concord for 8 years.
