February 9:  La Rondinella

The La Rondinella flute, harp and vocal trio and their musical guests bring a versatile repertoire of classical, Latin, pop and world music to their audiences. They plan to celebrate the approach of Valentine’s day by including a “music of love” theme in some of their songs. La Rondinella has performed in many favorite local venues including Tower Hill Botanical Garden, Fruitlands Museum, the Crane Estate and Fenway Park.

February 23:  Toosday Toons

Toosday Toons is a jam group based in Acton, MA that gets together every Tuesday evening for a few hours to share acoustic music:  bluegrass, country, folk, swing and anything else we can find and play.  Over the years we’ve been asked to play at churches, anniversary parties, weddings, farmer’s markets and six Porchfests.  www.toosdaytoons.org

APRIL 19:  Cynthia Forbes

Cellist Cynthia Forbes performs in chamber and orchestral ensembles throughout New England and is an enthusiastic advocate for both classical and contemporary repertoire. She has appeared as soloist with the New England String Ensemble, Boston Virtuosi, Syracuse Camerata and other ensembles, and served as principal cellist with these and many other orchestras.
