With yoga practice, you can help reduce inflammation, maintain strength, engage in self-care, relaxation, and renewal during or after treatment. All classes are held via Zoom until further notice.
Mondays, 11:00-12:00pm (no class on Columbus Day)
Due to limited grant funds and many requests for a second weekly Yoga class, we are asking for a small donation if you are able to help cover costs. This is not required.
