Being a caregiver is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. In this group we will remind each other of the challenges and rewards, hidden though they may sometimes seem. In this 4-week series of classes, we will write together, read aloud, laugh, and cry in a supportive and confidential environment. No writing experience is needed to participate.
Caregivers only. Free program. $10 Optional Donation. This program will meet on Zoom.
Led by Pamela Powell. Pamela has been leading groups of all ages in ‘free-writing’ for almost 30 years. She is the author of The Turtle Watchers (Viking Press ’92), numerous articles, essays, and poems. She is a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach and was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2011.
This program is supported in part by generous funding from the Acton-Boxborough, Bolton, Littleton, Marlborough, Shirley, Sterling, Townsend, and Westford Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
