The circadian rhythm is the body’s internal clock that controls the sleep-wake cycle as well as other body systems that impact health. What, and when we eat can affect the function of the circadian rhythm thereby influencing our wellbeing with evidence suggesting an impact on cancer incidence, progression, and responsiveness to treatment. Dr. Nina will draw on current research to explain how you can harness the power of your diet to support your circadian rhythm which in turn can optimize your health.
