Relax · Restore · Receive: An Afternoon of Reiki and Sound Healing

Wind down with an afternoon of restorative reiki and sound healing practices to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Experience deep relaxation and stress relief through meditation, vocal toning and chanting, hands-on reiki, and a sound bath with the soothing sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instrumentation.

Led by Certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Reiki II, and Sound Healer, Bernadette Yao, and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Board-Certified Music Therapist, Erin Moraga Raber, MA, MT-BC.

Free program, optional donation accepted. Registration is required and space is limited. Open to Healing Garden clients, caregivers, and bereaved. This program will meet on-site at the Healing Garden.

About Bernadette Yao:

Bernadette Yao is a musician, recording artist, and sound and energy therapist with 20+ years of experience teaching and offering an immersive Sound Bath experience. As a certified energy healer (Reiki, Brennan Healing Science) she has developed her unique approach to calming the nervous system and boosting overall health through sound vibrations, frequencies, and healing voice. About Erin Moraga Raber, MA, MT-BC

Erin is a board-certified music therapist, clinical mental health counselor, and certified sound healing practitioner.  She is the Clinical Care Specialist and Music Therapist at the Healing Garden.  Erin’s voice-based music therapy approach combines theories and ideas from transpersonal and psychodynamic frameworks and ancient and modern music and sound healing techniques from a variety of Indigenous and non-Western cultures. Erin also provides music therapy support groups for the Scleroderma Foundation, New England chapter.  Erin@HealingGardenSupport.org
