In this 4-week series, we will explore how to cultivate a sense of emotional balance and peace in our meditation practice. With time, this practice helps us to remain grounded even when challenged emotionally and/or physically. We will also discuss self-stewardship. How do we care for ourselves during/post-treatment while also meeting the needs of our loved ones? Each session will include a 25-minute meditation followed by an open discussion. Participants are encouraged to begin/maintain a daily 10-minute meditation and/or journaling practice over the course of the series.
