Join, Meredith Hobson, LICSW, for this 5-session program created by Inova Life with Cancer which uses evidence-based strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and to help increase a sense of well-being. Each week you will be introduced to new cognitive and behavioral tools and mind/body strategies that you can practice at home. To benefit from the program, weekly attendance is strongly recommended.
