In this series, we will engage in several mindfulness practices (stop, calm, rest, and heal) known to facilitate a sense of stability and peace within. Each session begins with a guided and silent meditation practice followed by an open discussion. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
The group will meet every other Tuesday, 11:00-12:00pm.
