In this series, we will explore several nature-based contemplative practices, which are based on Kaplan’s Attention Restoration Theory (ART). Using guided meditation and reflection questions, participants will learn how to regulate emotions and decrease stress levels. Each session begins with a 20-minute meditation followed by an open discussion.
