Mandalas are an ancient, meditative art form used today to reach the inner self and create balance in our contemporary and often hectic world. During this one-hour session workshop, we’ll explore several ways to harness the energy of mandalas to help us slow down, release tension, and nurture our body’s innate healing powers.

Healing Garden Clients only. This class will meet via Zoom. Free Program. $10 Donation is optional.
Materials-
– Square piece of paper, any size will work. I’m using 11×11 inch.
– Pencil
– Eraser
– Ruler
– Black Sharpie Marker (not Essential)
– Any materials to add color to your Mandala ie. crayons, colored pencils, watercolor paints, etc.
