This verbally guided Awareness Through Movement® class will invite you to reconnect with your body and learn ways to move with greater efficiency. Explore your own sensations as you create easy and gentle movements that will calm your mind and enliven your body. Developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, it is the application of gentle mindful movement based on principles of physics, biomechanics, psychology, motor development, martial arts and the reconnection of self-education to how the body move and develops.
Led by Pam Turci, LMT, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP)
This program is open to registered Healing Garden Clients, Caregivers, Bereaved members, and the general public.
