In this time of uncertainty, personal and global, let’s find ways to grow. Reclaim transformation, enliven connection, and cultivate embodiment through the arts. We’ll explore creativity, breath/body awareness, and nature connection in order to facilitate self-discovery and enhance your relationship with yourself and your life.

The theme for November Classes is Integration and Containment through Gratitude
Description:
Who would we be without our experiences – the joyous, the painful, the surprising? When our lives have been fragmented by disruptive and unexpected change, it is often challenging to integrate parts of self and the myriad life experiences that have made us who we are.
Through creativity, we can spark self-discovery and gain insights that renew our sense of feeling whole and alive. This month, using words, images, self-reflective visualization, and collage art, we will explore the theme of integration. We will use breath and gratitude as vehicles to help reconnect to past experiences and revitalize presence and peace within.
