Daily Practices for Living Well with Cancer and Beyond: Creating your personal guide
Please join us for a day of creative exploration as we consider how adopting acceptance, choice, affirmations, mindfulness, gratitude and purposefulness as daily practices can help us live well with cancer and beyond.
Karen will guide participants through a series of activities exploring these practices and the workshop will culminate in the creation of a personalized, handmade book of discoveries from the day.
- Lunch and snacks provided
- Space is limited and registration is required
About the facilitator: Karen Arsenault is an artist with a keen interest in self-expression through watercolor painting. As a cancer survivor and long-time Healing Garden client, she has used artistic expression to find new meaning in a life forever changed by cancer. Coming full circle, Karen now shares her artistic interests and passion with others, conducting expressive arts workshops and creating with those who seek to connect with their own creative spirit.
Through the generosity of the Bruce J. Foundation Grant this program is free to our clients.
